| What can i do with my deceased pets when the time comes? Posted: 08 Nov 2009 06:46 AM PST I am trying to prepare for the eventual deaths of my pet cats who are both getting up there in age. The problem is, I have heard in California they are very strict about what you do with your pets.
I don’t like the idea of cremation or having them buried with a bunch of other dead animals in some mass burial. To complicate matters I live in an apartment complex and I don’t know anyone that has property to bury my pet. I just have no idea what to do. I am looking for some unique alternatives. |
| What are the most important Jewish holidays to acknowledge? Posted: 08 Nov 2009 06:43 AM PST My sister is converting. I am nonreligious, and I send Easter cards to my close Christian friends/family. She will be my first Jewish family member, and I was wondering what holidays I should mark with cards? I assume I should send my standard "holiday" greeting to them before Hanukkah, but should I send a card for Yom Kippur or any other holiday? |
| What are the accessories of the blessing of accessories for a quinceanera? Posted: 08 Nov 2009 06:39 AM PST So when the quinceanera walks up the aisle, she sits at her fancy chair and the religious leader reads out some stuff while the parents place accessories kinda like switching shoes, a tiara, a doll, a bible etc. |
